This is the Refund and Returns Policy for A to Z Garments.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase or delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Customized uniforms with logos or names
  • Undergarments or personal use clothing
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (such as bank transfer or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@atozgarments.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [your email] and ship the item to: [your physical address].


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was delivered to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, send it to: Wright Town, Jabalpur, MP

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
